The systems we support are:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Colleague by Ellucian\u00a0(formerly Datatel Colleague)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ui.saintpeters.edu:6940\/ui\/home\/index.html\">Colleague system<\/a> consists of several functional modules which track\u00a0and process\u00a0student data thru the entire cycle\u00a0from the prospect stage all the way to graduation.\u00a0 Also supports HR, Payroll, and Finance.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ui.saintpeters.edu:6940\/ui\/home\/index.html\">Go to the Colleague production environment<\/a> (on-campus only, authorized users only)<\/li>\n<li>To request authorization for access to Colleague you and your supervisor can use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saintpeters.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogs.dir\/129\/files\/2012\/07\/Colleague_UserID_Req_1h.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Request Form for Colleague (Datatel) Access<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>SPIRIT Online\u00a0(Ellucian WebAdvisor)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Offers students, faculty, administrators, and other members of our campus community secure, real-time access specific components of the Colleague system\u00a0from anywhere via any standard web browser.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"SPIRIT Online\" href=\"https:\/\/spiritonline.saintpeters.edu\/WebAdvisor\/WebAdvisor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Go to SPIRIT Online<\/a><\/li>\n<li>All students, faculty, and other employees have access to <a title=\"SPIRIT Online\" href=\"https:\/\/spiritonline.saintpeters.edu\/WebAdvisor\/WebAdvisor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SPIRIT Online<\/a> which is available both on and off campus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Entrinsik Informer Reporting Tool<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>An interactive web based tool that allows authorized users to run, view, and create reports against the Colleague database.<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Entrinsik Informer\" href=\"https:\/\/informer.saintpeters.edu:8443\/informer\/?locale=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Go to Entrinsik Informer<\/a> (on-campus only, authorized users only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The Raiser\u2019s Edge<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Used by the Advancement Office to track alumni and fundraising data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>ImageNow<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides various University offices with the tools\u00a0to electronically capture, organize, store, and retrieve documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Other important links related to Administrative Systems<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"\/its\/administrative-systems\/spirit-forms-request-user-access-or-misc-services\">SPIRIT Forms &#8211; For requesting user access or miscellaneous services<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enterprise Applications is the part of ITS supporting the database needs and requirements for all administrative offices at Saint Peter\u2019s University.
